Hughes Belle of Bedford

Nose: floral, with a hint of brown sugar and gingerbread. Taste: baking spice, like a shortbread cookie. Finish: spicy, reminiscent of English Tea.

For me, there's a note that is almost entirely bread and butter pickle. Very straightforward, with just enough complexity.

Nose: Features spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Taste: A brief sweetness is followed by intense pepper and spice that lingers.

Smooth rye with a pleasant hint of spice.
