Hotel Tango Classified Series Rum Cask Finished Rye

This is a truly excellent cocktail rye. The aroma is definitely banana and vanilla. It certainly tastes youthful. There's a touch of mint that clashes with the banana and vanilla. A pleasant delayed heat that reminds you of the rye. I believe this would be fantastic with more time to age.

An easy-drinking spirit. The rum finish imparts sweetness to the flavor profile. A spicy finish emerges later. A commendable rye.
