This is a gin I distilled myself. Devil's Bathtub Gin was made from house-produced neutral rye spirit and vapor-infused with 11 botanicals. The main palate notes include a deliberately subtle juniper, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other baking spices. The resulting spirit is warm and sweet. Finally, a cucumber wash is added post-distillation to smooth the mouthfeel. The brand's inspiration comes from a local kettle pond notorious near the distillery.
