About this bottle
HIRSCH The Departure is the initial American single malt whiskey introduced within the HIRSCH Selected Whiskeys line. It is produced at the original Hotaling & Co. Distillery in San Francisco, using 100% Maris Otter malted barley. The whiskey has matured for over 6 years in new char #3 and toasted American oak barrels. Limited to 1,350 bottles, it will be available in CA, IL, TX, LA & CO starting in March 2025 at a suggested retail price of $74.99.
