Nose: starts off vegetal and harsh. Not overwhelmingly strong. Palate: tastes like mint. Not sweet as I had anticipated. Finish: somewhat brief and piquant Overall: This is my first time tasting it. It's obviously a mix of bourbon and rye. It’s okay, but not spectacular

So smooth and so delicious. Caramel in the nose and sweet fruity notes. Slight hint of mint. Taste is buttery caramel that coats the whole mouth and finishes with some spice. Delicious!
A little sweet with some anise, clove, and oak notes at the end. No warmth, but it doesn't suffer much with a cube.
Exceptional... one of the finest bourbons I've encountered... but it's scarce.
Caramel, butterscotch, with a spicy rye end.
Notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, with a peppery finish.
