About this bottle

The Hemingway Whiskey Co. introduces its signature rye whiskey, Signature Edition. This inaugural batch is a fusion of straight rye whiskeys: 90% is a 6-year-old Indiana rye, and 10% is a 4-year-old Kentucky rye. The Kentucky rye was created by Master Distiller Jacob Call at Western Kentucky Distilling Co., which also serves as the home for Hemingway Whiskey Co. Both rye components were finished in rum-seasoned oloroso sherry casks, sourced from Ron Call, Master Distiller of Papa's Pilar and Jacob's father. It became available online and in select US stores in August 2023. (SRP $79.99)
