Helios Whiskey

Nose: Chocolate. Palate: Tastes of cocoa nibs and raw sugar. There's a subtle funkiness, suggesting it may have been aged in a rum barrel at some point. It has more body than one might expect for its proof. Finish: A surprisingly long finish for an 80-proof spirit.

Sweet scent, fruity and smooth. Smooth taste, easy to drink, fruity/caramel (almost too subtle).

Pleasantly sweet with a respectable level of smoke.
