About this bottle
This is the 2025 bottling of a limited edition wheated bourbon, produced entirely from grain to bottle in Nelson County, Kentucky, the location of Heaven Hill Distillery. This edition features a greater proportion of secondary grain compared to the distillery's conventional wheated mash bill, consisting of 52% Beck's 6225 corn, 35% wheat, and 13% malted barley; the corn and wheat are sourced from the family-owned Peterson Farms. It matures for a minimum of six years at Heaven Hill's Cox's Creek rickhouse facility. This non-chill filtered whiskey is bottled at 106.6 proof (53.3% ABV) as of August 2025.
