The second edition of Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Rye incorporates a distinctive corn varietal, Beck's 6225, sourced from Beck's Hybrids and cultivated at Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. The rye mash bill here features a higher percentage of rye than Heaven Hill's standard recipe, consisting of 63% rye, 24% corn, and 13% malted barley. It enters the barrel at 107 proof and ages for over 6 years. The label specifies the corn varietal, distillation year, and release year. Bottled at 105.2 proof without chill-filtration, this limited quantity release will be available nationally starting June 2025 for $99.99 per 700ml.
