I acquired this bottle after attending the distillery tour and tasting. The guide mentioned that the unique aspect of this rye whiskey is that it's made from 100% malted rye. It has a very soft mouthfeel and a distinctly floral flavor. This is a nice addition to my collection because its taste stands out from many other younger rye whiskeys I've tried. The distillery does openly state that this whiskey is contract distilled by another Wisconsin facility while their own product is aging.
