About this bottle
Harvest Spirits, situated on a 200-acre apple farm in the Upper Hudson Valley, holds New York's initial farm-distillery license. This spirit is exclusively produced from apples grown on the third-generation family farm. It is distilled twice in their 100-gallon copper pot still and aged for five years in 50-gallon ex-bourbon casks. The bottles are filled and labeled by hand, and like their other products, no charcoal filtration, sugars, or additives are used.
