Smells of cinnamon and vanilla, but fortunately the amburana is so faint on the tongue it's almost imperceptible. Dark chocolate, caramel, coconut, and a touch of nuttiness emerge on the palate, evoking a chocolate turtle or Almond Joy. The finish is moderate with a hint of cinnamon. Definitely a top pour from 2024.
