The nose has notes of buttercream, ethanol, and caramel. The palate offers fruit and oak, but the finish is a little too watery and weak for my liking. Overall, it's a pleasant blend. No single grain is overly prominent, but if I had to guess the mashbill, I'd say it's primarily corn, followed by barley, and then a bit of rye. My wife received this as a gift, and I'll enjoy finishing it. I'm curious about the sourcing; if anyone knows, please tell me!

Smells of almond, caramel, oak, and fruit. Tastes of caramel, fruit, and cherries. The finish is clean, mild, with oak and spices.
An excellent whiskey for slow sipping, with a gentle aroma, subtly sweet and with a touch of fruit, very mellow throughout.
Mexican vanilla, sweet butterscotch, and the creamy richness of Abuela's Mexican hot chocolate.
