Sample - Very light nose, delicate at the top but has a slight burn. As it settles, a strong ethanol aroma emerges. I detect a bit of fruit (progress!). The mouthfeel lingers. Sampling again - the mouthfeel is definitely substantial. I can almost perceive maple in the nose now, but not in the taste.
