A selection from a collaboration. There's a faint ethanol smell, but it's not detrimental. It has a full body, perhaps a bit robust. The wood is well-balanced, with a slight mustiness. Spice emerges in the finish, which is mildly bitter. The nose is less pronounced than a previous bottling, but the palate is superior.
