GRAPPA A' CHARDONNAY

A grappa must be of superior quality, created from exceedingly fresh pomace, gathered and distilled right after vinification. If this is not adhered to, the pomace could spoil or become moldy, leading to flaws in the spirit that mar its aromas, flavor, and worth. This Chardonnay brandy, made from choice pomace of this particular white grape type, is exceptionally refined and elegant. Its aromas and distinct flavor evoke summer blossoms and white fruits. It is clear and radiant, bringing to mind dried flowers, broom, raisins, hay, and white pepper. The palate is smooth, fine, and balanced, with a satisfyingly long finish.
