I cannot stand the aroma. There's a sharp scent here of something I dislike, possibly spoiled milk or a similar substance. Perhaps an unidentified herb? It could be that this is what unmalted grain smells like, and I simply detest it. The flavor also dominates the palate, with some citrus but that same sharp, sour note that isn't to my preference. I truly do not enjoy it, but at least it's not Canadian. It's clearly sourced, as Boston doesn't produce Irish whiskey, and the bartender didn't seem overly impressed by it either.
