Smells of caramel – impressive, a 5 out of 5 all day. Smells like pure apple and caramel. Truly remarkable. Drinking it neat is a different experience. Very high proof on the palate and the apple note only appears in the aftertaste. Worse on ice. It adds unpleasant oaky notes. So complex, as all the GTs are.
