An intense, handcrafted gin from Portugal, produced using a 3-stage distillation column still. It's made from neutral alcohol with a base of wheat and rice, to which water is added. It's infused with gorse flowers from Arouca, samphire flowers from Ria de Aveiro, goji berries and seeds, Fava Haba Tonka beans, Flor de Car Queja and Salicornia, cardamom, coriander seeds, lemon, lemongrass, almond, Indian clove, nutmeg, and pink pepper, totaling thirteen botanicals and several spices. It has an aromatic start with notes of berries, citrus, flowers, nuts, herbs, and spices; while a bold middle adds notes of juniper, vanilla bean, and cinnamon; leading to a long and spicy finish with more cardamom, coriander, and sea spray.
