Smell: Zesty, berries/fruit, thyme, beeswax Taste: Sweet, oak, vanilla, spices, dried fruit/dates, browned sugar, sherry, woody/nutty Ending: Moderate long finish. Raisins & sultanas. PX sherry & oak. Fairly dark notes on the palate, with dates and burnt sugar characteristics. A delightful, enjoyable dram. Made: November 2005 Bottled: February 2018 Spent 12 years in a sherry puncheon One of 377 bottles.
