Interesting flavor. Sweet upfront. It felt like a smoky finish. Liked the full body. But I really enjoyed visiting the distillery where the tasting involved more industry discussion and "labels" versus what we were actually tasting, though the topics and banter were awesome.

I enjoyed the visit and the insights provided. I recently opened this after several months. My initial and most prominent impression is prune or raisin. It's not bad. My palate is certainly evolving.
