About this bottle
Winter Storm, the third offering in Glenfiddich's Experimental Collection after IPA Experiment and Project XX, is a 21-year-old single malt. It undergoes an additional six-month maturation in French oak icewine casks sourced from the Peller Estate in Niagara, Ontario. Grapes for icewine, or eiswein, are harvested after freezing on the vine, concentrating their sugars to produce a rich dessert wine. This expression will be launched in two separate batches in October 2017 and March 2018.
