Glencadam Réserve de Sauternes

Nose: Notes of flowers, pears, a touch of honey, and caramelized pineapple. Though subtle, it draws you in. Palate: Light and smooth, with flavors of dried stone fruit such as apricot or possibly mango. Milk chocolate emerges, followed by oak on the finish. Finish: Brief but rather dry, with a strong presence of stewed apples. Overall: Quite light and easy to drink. Could be a good introduction to this type of spirit.

Macadamia nut and pineapple syrup. It smells sweet, with fruity flavors. Citrus notes with a little spice at the end.
