Aged 8 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, this single cask from GLEN SCOTIA was hand-selected for BINNY’S DEPOT. Cask #1059 yielded 221 bottles distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2022 at 59.3% ABV. It contains no added color and is non-chill filtered and cask strength. It opens with layers of sweet golden syrup and sugared almonds, followed by a hint of candied red apple and ripe banana. It finishes with an aroma of spicy ginger and orange peel, before warming vanilla oak spice.
