Matt Arredondo 4.0

Spent a full quarter-century aging in a bourbon cask, a true cask strength. No caramel or chill-filtration. Bottled at 187 units. Nose. Fresh pastry, buttery notes, toasted malt. Taste. Vanilla, ginger, hard cider, spice notes. Finish. Lingering notes of apple and caramel on the palate. This is Glen Grant 25 CS 55.3% (Murray Mc David).
