The aroma has a slight tartness and earthy, mushroom-like qualities. On the palate, there are abundant mineral notes alongside a rich flavor reminiscent of apples and grapes, akin to raisins but less dark. The alcohol presence is somewhat excessive, and the mineral notes, along with some peculiar mushroom undertones, are too prominent. However, the intensely sweet apple taste is quite pleasing. The finish is dry and has a bitter character. While a positive element exists at its core, the overall composition feels unrefined. It's not ideal for sipping straight, but it offers a somewhat intriguing sensory journey. The alcoholic taste is far too pronounced. Eventually, some anise emerges, which is unexpected and slightly out of place. Certain herbal and spice elements are interesting, yet they amplify the alcohol and mineral sensations.
