Copper & Kings Blue Sky Mining Brandy

Nose: Intensely sweet, like syrup and powdered sugar, with notes of deep raisin, grape, and a whisper of hops. Also, earthy old tobacco and bright blackberry. Taste: Flavors of vanilla, a subtle grape note, cocoa, and raisin bread. Sweet caramel, abundant blackberry and currant, with hints of spiced apple. Finish: Lingering, complex, earthy, and enjoyable. Plenty of apple, cinnamon, raisin bread, blackberry, and caramel. Overall: Incredibly enjoyable, a fantastic brandy. I'm eager to try nearly anything from this producer now. This one is no different, and I'd love to find more of it. Rank: 7

[APPEARANCE] Pale yellow [AROMA] Floral hops, fresh peaches, juniper, wildflower honey, elderflower, white grape juice [TASTE] Steeped English herbs, white grapes, lavender simple syrup, warm farmhouse ale, Gummi bears, honey, cherry jelly donut, pine needles [FINISH] Sweet, soft, St. Germaine-like floral esters, a little short [MOUTHFEEL] Syrupy, sometimes a bit hot, but the flavors are easy to discern, drinks like a gin or light digestif.
