Strong sherry aroma and sweetness on the nose. The flavor is complex and interesting, with caramel and sherry, richer than the other two. It has the same spice as the others, but the complexity is best here. The spicy finish is a bit intense, but not unpleasant. A great blend, one of the better Canadians I've tasted.
