Georgia Byers 4.0

Cask # 288 Alcohol by Volume: 41.9% This is actually a traditional Japanese liquor aged in oak, so the alcohol percentage is likely close to the actual cask strength. Nose: vanilla, oak, sweet Palate: eggnog, creamy sweet vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove Finish: eggnog notes persist for a while, followed by lingering vanilla and dry oak tannins

Vickie Cummings 4.3

The initial aroma was reminiscent of acetone. The taste is quite light, with abundant vanilla cream and some fruitiness. It evolves nicely after opening. The bouquet shifts to caramel and fruit. The flavor presents a pleasant barrel spice, akin to cedar or spruce, along with dark fruits and leather. The finish is satisfyingly medium in length.

Stefan Fox 4.5

Coming from the perspective of someone who typically drinks bourbon or scotch, this offered a refreshing change with a long, gentle finish. It's very smooth and carries a fruity quality.

Saul Kimball 5.0

Superior to ohishi sherry cask. Possesses a bourbon-like flavor with notes of plum.

Sylvia Yates 4.5

Rich notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and eggnog. Smooth with a finish that hints of pine.

Kelsie Roper 4.3

Noticeably sweeter, yet well-balanced.
