A touch of sweetness from the malt appears at first, with abundant top notes of wood. It's light, refined, and easy to enjoy. An excellent choice for a highball mixed with club soda. The flavor isn't overpowering; it's simply a dependable whisky with a lively, accessible personality.
The aroma features honey and phyllo dough, presenting cleanly without spice. A few sips reveal more apple fruit notes. The flavor is sweeter, reminiscent of biting into honeycomb or honey on toast. It's notably honey-forward.
