About this bottle
Four Pillars X Hernö Dry Island Gin represents a joint creation between the Australian and Swedish gin producers. Cameron Mackenzie, co-founder and distiller at Four Pillars, collaborated with Jon Hillgren, distiller and founder of Hernö. Their work together produced Dry Island Gin at the Four Pillars facility. The botanicals incorporated are juniper, coriander, river mint, roasted wattleseed, strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, fresh lemons, and Swedish meadowsweet. Introduced in August 2018, this marks the second bottling in the Four Pillars Distiller Series.
