Foundry Furious American Malt whiskey

A robust, heavily hopped, high-proof, fruity, musky aroma with hops, vanilla, cinnamon, and banana. Rich, full-bodied, with hops, orange and banana, oak and vanilla, a thick, smooth texture, hints of hoppy ginger and cinnamon, and a smooth, hoppy oak finish. Consumed neat in a rocks glass.

I appreciate the use of local beers for distinctive variations. While the notes of the Furious IPA are noticeable and enjoyable, the overall value for the cost was average. I hope they continue to explore these combinations.
