Palate: Sweet oak with a bittersweet character, deep and spicy cinnamon, candied orange peel, toffee, cloves, and rye spice, fresh anise, green bell pepper, sweet tea, maple candies, aged caramel, and dates. Finish: Wintergreen mint, cinnamon, nectarines, candied blood orange peel, rye spice, spicy oak, aged caramel and toffee, aged savory barrel char, rye bread, yeast, and candy apples.

Nose: Chocolate milk, baked carrots, unripe banana, roasted marshmallow, salty sea Palate: Caramel, bright tang, more of that pumpkin pie flavor from the original, meringue, fading into bananas, nutty and rye-forward, Finish: Cake icing, medium finish, maple butter, brown sugar, pumpkin spice After adding water: Even sweeter, fall flavors, similar to the regular barrel select, the finish is decidedly dessert-like, without an overwhelming sugar aftertaste, and it finishes nicely with a mint aftertaste.
