Known until 2022 as Forty Creek Copper Pot, this whisky is now called Copper Bold. Its production mirrors the Barrel Select offering, involving individual distillation and aging of three grains—rye, barley, and maize—in white oak barrels. The distillates are then combined to meld flavors before bottling. This version features extended aging, specific barrel choices, and a slightly higher proof of 43% ABV.

Aromas of candied orange, hay, banana chip, butterscotch, vanilla, and walnut. A rich, round mouthfeel. On the palate, more vanilla, butterscotch, and walnut, along with pepper, grass, and cinnamon. The finish is long and smooth. 3.50/5.00 – Impressive (neat)
It's adequate. Nothing remarkable. I purchased this bottle while visiting Canada. I'm not a huge admirer of Canadian whisky.
