Flor de Salinas cachaça comes from the Angico farm in Salinas and is made by the same producer as the traditional Sabiá cachaça, carrying over eighty years of experience. Aged for 3 years in Umburana barrels, it gains its characteristic color and smoothness from this Brazilian wood. Sensory notes include: straw yellow color, aromatic profile with hints of honey, cinnamon, and clove, woody notes reminiscent of a carpentry shop, and a balanced alcohol and acidity with a medium finish.
