About this bottle

The Paul Beau brand emerged in 1895 when it became one of the first Cognac growers to bottle their own brandy. The family had been cultivating their 200 acres of prime Grande Champagne land long before that. This Cognac's elegant profile is achieved by removing fine lees (yeast sediment from fermentation) prior to distillation in their red copper still.

Angelita Dowd 3.0

A sophisticated Cognac from Cognac, France, crafted by Paul and Denise. It's made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes and aged for 2 to 6 years in both new and used Limousin Oak barrels. It begins aromatically with tastes of ripe banana, pear, summer peach, and caramel. Its rich middle introduces notes of oak, bananas foster, and violets, leading to a lengthy, slightly off-dry finish with hints of fresh biscuit. December 2019
