Filliers' Dry Gin, created by infusing 28 botanicals alongside juniper into a neutral spirit and then pot-distilling it in small batches, forms the base for this expression. This gin is subsequently matured for four months in 200-liter, medium-charred French Limousin oak barrels that previously held Cognac. It is bottled at 43.7% ABV and is available across Europe.
