About this bottle
FEW Spirits in Evanston collaborated with Chicago's Publican restaurant to create this limited edition gin. This genever-inspired spirit is distilled from a mash of Pilsner malt and two-row barley malt. Juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, coriander, and rose hip are infused before the spirit spends several months aging. It is bottled at 45% ABV.
