This particular rye leans sweet, and it's excessively so for my preference, especially on the finish. It's well-crafted and easy to drink, but beyond a brief flash of spice mid-palate, it's not my preferred style.

The aroma is exactly like banana bread. It's not bad! After having bourbon and rye, I didn't expect this, but I enjoy rye and had to give it a shot! It's respectable, and the band is awesome; it would have been even better if they had infused something "flaming."
Fantastic! Revitalizing. It has a clean aroma. I'm not sure how else to describe it. Oops. Apologies. Notes of mint and honey. Later, I detected more citrus.
Attended the Beer Bourbon & BBQ festival in Leesburg on 10/12/19.
Sweet for a rye, mellow at first, with notes of almond bark.
