About this bottle
Originating from Shanxi province in northern China, Fenjiu is a baijiu brand recognized for its light aroma style. A starter culture of peas and barley is used for fermentation, with sorghum as the principal ingredient. Following a 28-day fermentation, the grain is extracted and distilled. The spirit is then aged for 10 years in ceramic vessels before blending and bottling at 53% ABV.
