About this bottle
Adhering to fair trade principles, FAIR. Gin ensures equitable compensation for farmers in developing areas. The base spirit is vodka, produced from quinoa grown in the Andes. This vodka is then combined with six botanicals – juniper berries from Central Asia, cardamom, coriander, calamus root, angelica roots, and grains of paradise from India's Kerala region – which are macerated for a week prior to a second distillation. The gin is presented at 42% ABV.
