Ezra Brooks Bourbon Cream (Discontinued)

Very pleasant initial aromas of vanilla, caramel, and oak. The first tastes are of very sweet cream with a hint of butterscotch candy. A very clear and smooth bourbon flavor from beginning to end, with a nice lingering sensation at the conclusion. If you enjoy sweet drinks, have it neat. On ice, it slightly reduces the sweetness and balances all the flavors. Regardless, this is a very enjoyable bourbon cream for cool Autumn evenings.

This presents a creamy, beige hue with fairly consistent alcohol legs. The scent is creamy, and the taste consists of cream, sugar, and mild bourbon. The body is somewhat thin (though I didn't think to shake it well before pouring). This bourbon cream finishes with a moderate sweetness that transitions to dry. A personal note from the reviewer is included.

A wonderful dessert drink. Chill the bottle and savor it neat. It's also excellent added to coffee.

This is good served over ice. I imagine it would be great in coffee on a cool autumn evening.

Doesn't have as strong a whiskey flavor as other cream liqueurs.
