Ezra Brooks Bourbon Cream is now offered in a reformulated version made with real cream and Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. This update replaces the previous iteration, which was bottled at 25 proof. The new formulation is presented at 33 proof (16.5% ABV) and features updated packaging that clearly indicates the proof. While not as intricate as their website might suggest, as is often the case with beverage items, this does possess rich cream, sugar, and very noticeable bourbon barrel influence. The aroma is of oak, apparent immediately upon opening. This 33 proof cream liqueur has a medium-high body and a somewhat velvety texture. It has a semi-sweet finish.
