Etsu Japanese Gin is produced at the Asahikawa Distillery on Hokkaido, a Japanese island. Botanicals, including juniper, tea leaves, yuzu, green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice, and angelica root, are macerated in neutral cane spirit for 24 hours prior to distillation in a copper pot still. The spirit is diluted to 43% ABV with water from the Taisetsu Mountains.

A wonderful Japanese gin! It offers abundant citrus and mellow floral notes, complemented by a subtle sweetness and touch of spice. Enjoy it neat or with a small amount of ice.
I really like this gin, its incredibly pure mineral flavor pairs excellently with freshly squeezed citrus
Very citrusy, much like another brand, with a strong coriander note.
Far too sweet; I couldn't taste the gin flavor at all. It's completely overpowering.
