About this bottle

Master Distiller & Blender Kimio Yonezaya is the creator of this dry gin, which incorporates traditional botanicals alongside Japanese ones such as juniper, coriander, angelica, sencha, yuzu, sansho pepper, shisho leaf, and ume. It also contains a small amount of sake distillate. The gin's name comes from the 135° east meridian passing through Akashi City in Hyōgo prefecture.

Mariah Dupont 1.3

It tastes very strong and alcoholic, which is due to the 42% ABV. Unfortunately, it's not very pleasing as a Gin Tonic either.

Leigh Barkley 4.5

Subtly sweet, with floral and citrus notes.
