Boggy/funky, nutty, earthy & dusty on the nose. Soap, wood shavings & ash are present. Tobacco, dirt & earth, heather on the palate. Lightly medicinal, TCP. Sweet vanilla, dry, oil, leather on the finish. Strong nutty and waxy. Herbal and burnt wood on the aftertaste. This is a powerful, funky and 'dirty' pour. It has a chewy mouthfeel. There's a bit of a kick right at the end with a long smokey/peaty finish. Water softens it out, but doesn't really change much other than enhance the ashiness.
