The St. George Distillery, located in Roundhead, Norfolk, was established in 2006, releasing its initial mature whisky batch in 2009. Norfolk's abundant barley and clean water sources mean the distillery sources all its ingredients locally. This whisky is bottled at 46% ABV and is presented without chill-filtration or added colors.

Sampled at Whiskey Obsession 2018. I'm uncertain if this is the exact product I tried. It was The English, Single Malt Whiskey, Original. Sweet and buttery with a peppery finish. Very enjoyable.
It presents much more peat than anticipated.
