It is suggested for use in cocktails such as Margaritas, Bloody Marys, and Old Fashioneds. These limited edition bottles were available for pre-order starting December 13, 2023, with general availability commencing in January 2024 through online channels and select retailers in California and New York. Despite what the description says, this wasn't truly created with Doritos. It's just a neutral spirit that had Doritos flavor powder added, then they distilled it again. And the taste is... uninspired. There's no cheesy character, only a hint of saltiness and a faint impression of MSG on... emptiness. It's boring and possibly even a bit off. Empirical used to be intriguing, but they might have gone too far now.
