Elaine Spicer 3.3

Smells like chamomile, lemon, white peach, wormwood, iris root, and honeysuckle. Smooth texture. Palate has chamomile, wormwood and iris root again, but not as strong, with orange peel and cilantro notes. The finish is moderately long with a touch of bitterness. 3.25/5.00 – Quite Good (neat)

Maxwell Estrella 2.5

It has fruit on the nose and palate. This tastes like very dry vermouth, with notes of grapes and apples. It's easy to drink. It's my go-to and works exceptionally well in a 5:1 Dry Martini, and it's surprisingly good served neat with a lemon twist for a lighter option with low alcohol content.

Carson Mcalister 2.3

An acceptable offering. The flavors are quite subtle, with a finish that is very malty and bready. It degrades rather quickly, so consume it promptly if storing for an extended period.
