First tasted at 28 Mile Distilling in Highwood, IL. A very smooth, easygoing whiskey, suitable as an after-dinner or dessert drink. The dominant butterscotch flavor (also on the nose) complements typical bourbon notes like caramel and vanilla. A hint of Butterfinger candy. Works well as a unique twist in an Old Fashioned and is also good in coffee cocktails.
